Donations

Ways you can help

100% of all proceeds go directly to care for the rabbits.

In order to continue, and grow as our reputation spreads, we gratefully accept donations from anyone willing to help. Monetary gifts are obviously the most beneficial in addressing our single largest expense, veterinary bills. But equipment and supplies are always needed too.

Please consider making a donation.
Just $1 will buy 10 lbs of litter.
$10 will buy 50 lbs of raw feed.
The average vet bill is $90.

A secure credit card or e-check transaction using PayPal.

We have daily needs including:

  • Rabbit feed, preferably Blue Seal "Bunny 16"
  • Cat litter, non-clumping
  • Timothy hay
  • Heavy duty trash bags
  • Paper towels

We can also use:

  • Used bath towels
  • Chew sticks or apple tree branches
  • Veggies*
  • Cages (large) or cage making supplies**

Thank You

Special thanks to these contributors:

If there is any way we can help you or your organization, let us hear your ideas. Barter is always acceptable. Sponsors will be considered.

Besides the usual animal care supplies we are looking for a few other items. A small refrigerator to store medications and fresh veggies. An old pizza oven is wanted so we can manufacture our own plastic litter trays.

* We like the veggies that most people throw out. Carrot and radish greens, fresh corn husks, loose cabbage leaves, pineapple trimmings, greens (turnip, collard, mustard, esp. stems). Contrary to popular belief, rabbits are not supposed to eat lettuce and only very small quantities of carrots.

** Galvanized after welded wire mesh in sizes from 1/2" x 1/2" 18ga to 2" x 4" 14ga. Pine lumber- 1 x 2 gr3, 2 x 2 gr3, 1 x 6 gr2. 1/2" galvanized conduit. 4' x 8' x 3/8" sheathing (plywood).

Please consider helping the rabbits.
